I write you this letter in an expression of gratitude. At first I would like to thank you for your patience with me since the beginning until the end. I have come to you after my first surgery in Egypt, after a bad car accident that I became obsessed with and depressed of, I had lost hope in the restoration of my hand for several fractures in my right hand and wrist. I always thank God and you, You undertook two surgeries successfully and I am back to work and to my normal life with my family despite the difficulty of the surgery.
