Dear Mr Sorene

I brought my daughter A to see you and I am writing to let you know how much I appreciated your time, and how grateful and relieved I was with the information that you gave to me. A is my whole life and I felt a great sense of relief. For the first time since A was born I feel that her situation is being taken seriously and dealt with properly and that is all thanks to you. I will be truly grateful to you for the rest of my life, and I am sure A will too when she’s old enough to understand what you have done for us.
